Thursday, July 29, 2010 at 3:00 p.m.
Business:
1. To receive and adopt the Directors’ and Auditors’ Reports and Statement of Accounts for the
year ended 31 December 2009.
2. To elect Directors.
3. To review the fees of the Directors.
4. To appoint Auditors.
5. To transact any other business permissible by the rules at an Annual General Meeting.
