Home Equity Loans allow you to take advantage of the equity in your property or to reuse funds that have already been paid towards your mortgage for any useful purpose. In order to access these loans you must be the holder of a VMBS Share Account and must have a mortgaged property that will be used as collateral. 

YES...VMBS

Your Enhancement Solution, or "YES...VMBS" is a home improvement loan designed to assist you with the expenses that come with renovation. Under this plan, the Society provides financing for home improvement projects such as interior decorating, remodelling, repainting, re-tiling, re-roofing, plumbing and electrical upgrades, air-conditioning, landscaping, and water tank and water heater installations.

RE-LOANS

Re-loans are advances made by the Society against the principal amounts repaid by a mortgager on an account in good standing. The loan proceeds may be for any purpose, but the rate of interest applicable may be different from that of the original loan.
