Judith Forth Blake joined the Victoria Mutual Group as Group Chief Customer and Brand Officer on September 19, 2016.

Judith is a seasoned and accomplished Marketing, Client Experience and Communications professional with wide ranging experience leading marketing and corporate communications functions for multi-national companies in the financial services and consumer retail industries.

She performed the role of Regional Head, Marketing, Brand, and Client Insights, RBC Financial Caribbean, for the period February 2012 – May 2016 while based in the jurisdictions of Trinidad and Tobago & Toronto, Canada. In this role she was responsible for developing marketing strategies aligned to corporate objectives, to drive revenue and market share growth across 18 markets, business and product lines to support the achievement of business targets, while enhancing RBC’s brand and corporate identity in the Caribbean.

For the period Jan 2006 – Feb 2012, Judith held the position of Assistant General Manager, Marketing, Client Experience & Corporate Communications, RBC Royal Bank and RBTT Bank Jamaica. In this role, she was responsible for formulating, implementing and managing marketing and communication strategies and initiatives in keeping with the overall strategic objectives of the Jamaican operations.

Before her tenure at RBC and RBTT Bank, Judith worked for over eight years with Courts (Jamaica) Ltd in the positions of Director of Marketing, Associate Director and Marketing Manager where she developed, planned and executed marketing and promotional campaigns. Judith was responsible for creating the high profile and successful “Worl’ O’ Cash” Promotion for Courts.

Before joining Courts (Jamaica) Ltd, Judith held key management roles at Workers Bank and Grimax Advertising.

Judith demonstrates the proven ability to conceptualise and execute innovative marketing and communications initiatives with successful outcomes to support corporate and business objectives. She is known to build and lead high-performance teams and consistently deliver on imperatives.

Judith holds an Executive Masters in Business Administration (EMBA) from the University of the West Indies, Mona School of Business & Management and a Bachelor of Arts in Mass Communications with Upper Second Class Honors from the University of the West Indies, Mona Campus.

Judith has been involved in the University of the West Indies Mentorship Program and is a past Member and Secretary-Treasurer of the Optimist Club of New Kingston.
